CheckSite Safety Cards can be customized to include a skin marker (attached). All markers are FDA cleared, gentian violet ink pens. Markers are approved for single-use only.
CheckSite Safety Cards come equipped with specialized deactivation labels for use with the CheckSite System. Safety Cards are custom printed to accommodate the needs of individual hospitals.
CheckSite I.D. Bracelets are disposable medical identification bracelets that are compatible with most label style I.D. systems. Each bracelet contains a microchip device.
CheckSite Sentries and receivers are permanently installed detectors that perform the electronic reminder function of the CheckSite System. A Sentry will sound a gentle audio and/or visual alarm when any active I.D. Bracelet passes the threshold in which it is installed.
